[Bug]: issues on “Integration loading log stream” page

Description

Steps to reproduce

To reproduce:

1. In staging start on-boarding,
2. Add QuickBooks integration,
3. After returning back to “Integrations” page - see issue 1.
4. Open configured tenant “Integrations” page.
5. Press ‘gear’ button on active integration and press “Refresh integration”.
6. Check “Integration loading log stream” window - see issue 2.

What was the expected behavior?

1. There is modal window with Integration loading log stream.
2. Integration loading log stream looks consistent.

Screenshots

1. Nothing is appeared automatically. If click on integration settings then it shows only final status.

2. Log overflows “Integration settings” modal window at bottom.
